I am a Real Estate Agent in Orlando, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate and The Professional Selling Program at the University of Central Florida. I am passionate about commercial Real Estate, property investment and customer service. Highly curious and motivated individual. Through my real-life experience and internship projects, I have developed strong analytical and financial modeling skills to help companies and clients make informed decisions. As an intern for the industrial team I manage LoopNet/Costar and Crexi listings, increasing their exposures from 30% to 95%, thereby enhancing visibility for potential clients. Also, has been able to achieve up to 529 impressions per listing within a 7-day period, demonstrating effective marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the market. Finally, I have actively participated in property tours alongside brokers to enhance my industry knowledge and gather valuable insights firsthand.

Intern, Brookfield Properties Global Real Estate Investments Cup
I completed a 6-week real estate investment competition with over 12 hours of training in core areas such as Investments, Pro-Forma Fundamentals, Unlevered & Levered Returns, Debt Sizing, Loan Interest and Amortization Tables, Sensitivity Analysis, and DCFs. I developed key technical and soft skills through weekly assessments and presented my expertise to young executives in related fields such as Investment Banking, Private Equity and Asset Managment.

Land Acquisition Intern
Pulte Group Homes
Spearheaded three departmental projects, including an 84.5-acre Kissimmee parcel, an Apopka market analysis, and an 81-acre transaction. I developed financial models that were crucial for financial reporting and identifying key trends within the Central Florida market. I also generated unique and creative LinkedIn content to showcase our company culture, which achieved over 10,000 impressions per post. Additionally, I networked with over 50 interns from other divisions around the country, actively participating in group discussions and workshops. This experience honed my project management skills and expanded my professional network.

During this project I designed a 85.4 piece of land community in Kissimmee, structured a deal based on market analysis and interpretation of extensive data and pitch the deal in front of the Land Acquisition corporate department. Built CMA's, financial metrics and graphs to illustrate info! Named it Beluga Mine because of the land figure :)
